Run Softer!!!!

Gait retraining; a common cue is "run softer". The below study showed that with a Gait Retraining program that included cueing patients to "run softer" there was a substantial decrease in loading their shin bone (tibia). If you have a past history of shin pain/stress fractures this could be a meaningful cue to give to yourself.
